Development
The objective of the association is to promote competent and value adding project management. Support to development within fields of project management is one of the ways to achieve this objective
Danish Project Management Association improves competent project management by initiating and supporting development groups, which lead to results benefitting the field, the members of the association and the members of the group.
The participation in a development group is only for members of the association.
The following groups are established:
- Project Control
- Portfolio management
- Research & Development
- Change management
- Method development
